Friday, November 8th, 2024: St. John’s, Antigua: The Calvin Ayre Foundation continues its mandate to support the people and residents of Antigua and Barbuda with essential medical assistance. Jake Wong, a local facing urgent health challenges, was admitted to Medical Surgical Associates in early August, under the care of Dr. Joseph John, where the Foundation financially supported his medical care for 3 months.

Upon Dr. John’s advice for the family to seek specialized care, the Foundation arranged for Wong to be transported via air ambulance to Guyana.

This support underscores the Ayre Group’s commitment not only to external educational and social initiatives but also to addressing pressing medical needs within the community.

The Foundation’s assistance has given Wong and his family much-needed stability and hope during a challenging time, reflecting the Ayre Group’s core value of community responsibility.

The Calvin Ayre Foundation remains committed to its mission of supporting individuals and communities across Antigua and Barbuda.
